Ledger in which the first section lists city names with numbers. Unclear what the numbers represent, but they are not in dollars so could be membership numbers within cities. The next section contains names, most of which list a mailing address. They are in alphabetical order. Inside of both the front and back covers addresses, names signatures, and memos are written. The earliest notation date appears to be 1869 and the last 1876.
Enclosure: Receipt for Rossa's annual Fenian Brotherhood membership fee dated August 20, 1874. Transcription by Seamus Pender is available in HTML format.
