The report contains meeting attendance, a monthly statement of members on the roll, money received, working expenses for the month, and names added or removed from the roll. The report is signed by Donald O'Neill (Secretary), Arthur O'Beirne (Treasurer), Bernard McCoy (Centre) and Thomas Gladson (Chairman, Committee of Safety) In the cover letter Mr. McCoy tells Mr. O'Donovan Rossa that the new group has had it's first meeting and the response has been positive. He asks for advice in the day-to-day operations of a Circle.

The report is signed by Charles Burrett (Secretary), John White (Treasurer), Thomas McDonough (Centre) and John McBride (Chairman of the Committee of Safety). There is also a cover letter addressed to O'Donovan Rossa from McDonough summarizing the contents of the monthly report, as well as describing a member, Daniel Beckett who has stolen money from the Circle's Skirmishing Fund. The Circle would like to expell Becket but decide to ask O'Donovan Rossa how they should proceed.

- Correspondence from Patrick Walsh to Jeremiah O'Donovan Rossa regarding the status of the O'Donovan Rossa Circle in Brazil, Indiana. Mr. Walsh discusses how the Circle is failing. Most members have not paid their dues, few attend meetings, and there is no secrecy in what is discussed. A member Laurence Madden is determined to keep the Circle going. Walsh further talks about the anxiety within the organization for some sort of military action to be taken against Great Britain. He states his desire to fight, his knowledge of building torpedoes and his participation in the Canadian Raid. On the backside of the letter is a list of members, as well as detailed information on the Circle's fianancial status.
