Catholic Heroes of the World War: Boyle, Father
National Catholic Welfare Conference (Creator)
Camp Hospital, Camp Colt, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Published in Catholic Standard, November 28, 1930. This one is different from the other Catholic Heroes of the World War in that it is mostly in the form of a written testimonial from a non-Catholic, Lt. Col. Thomas H. Scott, Camp Surgeon, in appreciation of the offer of Fr. Boyle and the Sisters of Charity of Xavier Hall for use as a temporary hospital during the Spanish Flu Pandemic.
